N4PCc delivered training in collaboration with NICST, MORU and Debere Berhan University for perioperative caregivers. Furthermore, it organized a multidisciplinary team who can lead the perioperative network and QI projects in North Shewa Amhara region where Debre Berhan University is located.

Network for perioperative and critical care is undertaking different national and international research collaborations to improve the perioperative, critical and palliative care in Ethiopia via evidence based practices.

  • Ethiopian (national) perioperative care capacity survey (This survey evaluates the overall perioperative care capacity in terms of infrastructure, human resources and availability of surgical/anaesthesia equipment/drugs) Lead by N4PCC in collaboration with FMoH- Saving Lives through Safe Surgery (SaLTS)
